SHOESday: I liked 'em so much, I bought 'em again!
Today's edition of I liked 'em so much, I bought 'em again (or, Part II). I first bought the black version from Zara, in London - husby had to go to Belgium for work in late 2001 and one of my good friends was living in London at the time...so off we flew, I stayed in London while husby went to Belgium. Glorious glorious time by myself in London - fab! The shoes weren't particularly expensive but looked great, were very comfortable and I was the recipient of lots of admiring comments about them when I wore them.About 6 months later, husby had to go to Singapore for work...so another flight and more unimpeded shopping time (after all, that is what Singapore is renowned for!). And yay, I found a Zara in Singapore, with the same shoes, but this time in a yellowy-beige suede (and black again too) - and on sale - so I bought them again - both the suede and the black! The pair in these pics is the second black pair - the first pair having been worn out last year after 4 years of faithful service.(sorry for the blurriness - hard to take a picture of the back of your own feet, when wearing heels!) I do love the heels on these and the heel cup with the little open part at the top. Very nice!

You know, that little opening in the heel cup is, dare I say it, down right sexy.
The shoes, in both colours, are astounding. I can see why you bought them more than once!
ps I had no idea you took your own shoe shots. You rock!
Pretty pretty pretty - you shoe queen you! - Glad you had a great birthday - your husby must be lovely - mine would have been in conniptions at the first yarn shop!!!!
Hokay, you took that picture? Wow. Was a timer involved, or . . . wow.
Today I was getting a hand cramp taking a picture of my right hand with my decided-not-left-handed camera.
Now I'm doubly impressed, both by the shoes and by the picture-taking.

Nadie posted RED shoes again today - and she also complains about the taking shots of your own feet thing - I told her to try shooting into the full length mirror... works for me so long as said mirror is clean!
Hey RR, so inspired by your shoes felt a need to buy some this very afternoon. I never thought your shoes would ever wear out as you seem to have a pair for every occasion. Keep inspiring us bring on next ShoesDay I say.
I was thinking of you and your sexy gorgeous shoes as I looked for wedding shoes today - sadly I couldn't find any really daring ones that were comfortable. Must bring you with me next time ;)
You take your own shoe photos??? You're a champion! I love the suede pair, btw. Gorgeous.
PS: I find that I really look forward to your SHOESday post. This morning, I said to Mr BDK: Today is SHOESday! He just looked at me...
Oh to have skinny feet, and be able to wear heels. I am envious. But I do admire.....
You're so dedicated to take pics of the back of your heels. Thank you! LOL. Love them!
They are veerry pointy! They do look nice though, not for my wide feet unfortunatly.
I argee they are rather pointy!
And you take your own shoe pics!?!? I cant even walk in heels let alone take pics of me in them!
(came out of hiding to post..lol)
