SHOESday: Mistake #1

So I have to admit I'm coming to the end of the good shoes. But I thought you might be interested to see some of my shoe mistakes - there have been a few, although not so many recently - I've become a lot more careful with my shoe purchases in the last few years and I like to think my taste has matured nicely as well!

These ones (like most mistakes, to be honest) were bought on sale. I was clearly drawn to the red and also, probably, the suede. Clearly these were a mistake, as they appear to make me head over heels whilst wearing them.
(sorry about that - have absolutely no idea why a photo that was right way up in my computer has suddenly turned upside down in blogger. I blame blogger. That seems to the right thing to do in this situation)

If you want a shoe that makes your foot look like a boat, then these are they:
And also if you want your feet dyed red, these will also do the trick.

But at least they are comfortable, I'll give them that! Just not for me, any longer.

oh. Yes. Not your finest work! I think they are so closed in they would make your feet feel hot and constrained. Am I right?

They look like they would make great bedroom slippers. Cozy and soft. I had a pair similar to that in purple. I looked like I had clown feet they looked so big. Needless to say, they were bought on sale and maybe worn once.

I spent 20 minutes once trying to unflip a picture Blogger demanded be sideways. I ended up thinking I could have just gone and taken a whole new picture... I agree with you about the shoes, but hey, they'd work as slippers, right?

And yet... I LOVE them!

I can't usually blame the shoes when my feet look like boats. :(

I think they're cute. They certainly look comfortable. Perfect for anyone who wants her feet to look bigger, I guess?

Great colour anyway :o)

I'm glad even a shoe maven like you makes mistakes - my shoe buying mistakes are too frequent and still occurring - so many times I buy the wrong thing - or the comfy flats turn out to be the uncomfy you may as well wear stiletto flats etc etc!

Hmm, see what you mean. Sounds to me like you need to go shoe shopping. I mean, you've got your readers to consider, yanno? ;)
