I love this shot - completely candid (I think they are always the best). I wish I could remember what Dad was saying. I think it was along the lines of "are you ready?" (we were just about to walk inside for the ceremony). He was a man of few words!
I miss my dad.

Ultra sweet!! What a special time and memory. I love black and white prints.
Oh, honey, don't you look beautiful. What a tough combination of events. Happy wedding anniversary, of course, and I am so sorry about your dad. I don't know that it gets easier.
But what wonderful memories!
I love that photo too and you're right, the candid ones are always the best. It captures a lovely moment between you and your beloved dad. I noticed it in a frame at your place. It's beautiful and I'm sad for you. Hugs. I'm sure he was a wonderful man.
phew what a week. that is an absolutely gorgeous photo, you look amazing, and your dad looks so loving and attentive. i hope today goes gently.
What a beautiful photo of you with your father. Many memories must flood back when you look at that photo, and memories are the gifts that loved ones leave behind for us so we can go on with our lives.
Hold him close in your heart. Thinking of you. x
What a beautiful, beautiful picture. And what a tough day this must have been for you. My condolences on the loss of your father, if his daughter is any indication, he was a good man.
Such a lovely picture. Thank you for sharing it with us.
What a beautiful, beautiful picture. The light is fantastic. And you look fantastic, and so happy. What a good memory to have.
Huge big hug Jane.

(wonderful, wonderful photo)
Big hugs. You can tell yourself the same thing I tell myself when I'm missing my mother -- the fact that you DO miss them so much, speaks to what a wonderful person they were, and what a lovely relationship there was.
Still, it sucks. More hugs.
*hugs*
Ah Jane - big hug
That photo is just so beautiful
Bitter sweet memories - happy anniversary. Our wedding album always makes me cry happy and sad tears at the same time. Life changes a lot in a very short time.
Such a beautiful photo. Hold onto and enjoy all those special moments.
RR special big protective hugs... I feel very privilleged to have met your dad and experienced the amazing event of your wedding. What a big mixed bag of emotions for you. But what joy you must feel when you look at that photo and know that your parents were with you sharing in one of your and their precious moments, their daughter finding true love. Your dad is in gods keeping but you will always have him in your heart and nothing or no-one can take that from you.
Oh, that is so touching. That photo is just amazing. I'm sure your dad is smiling down at you.
Oh hon, I know how you feel, my feelings are the same and so fresh. And mine also a man of few words. Hold him close to your heart, he'll never be far away.
What a beautiful photograph too. Something to treasure always. Just the way he is looking right at you, not just looking, but seeing what a beautiful bride you are, he looks so proud.
{{{hugs}}} thinking of you.
How tough that must be each year. You looke forward to your anniversary (congrats!) but knowing it brings sadness at the same time. It is a lovely photo. The love shines through.
okay now i'm sucking back the tears. i'm sorry you're feeling this too.
thank you for sharing this photo with us - it's such a beautiful one of you both.
hope next week is a bit easier for you.
what a beautiful and magical photo, thanks for sharing it =) xo
Wow - that photo really is magical. Take care.
Very bittersweet. My dad has been dead for over 20 years, and there are still days when I think I'd like to tell him something I saw on the 7-30 Report, and for just an instant I forget he's not there. That's a good feeling, because it means he's still very real to me. As your dad is, still, to you.....
He looks so protective of you in this photo, like he was really making sure that you felt OK. Happy anniversary to you and your beloved for Tuesday and best wishes for you mum; it must be hard for her.
beautiful shot, and gorgeous memory to cherish. thanks for sharing it...
What a week. My heart goes out to you. And that is a gorgeous picture.
What a difficult week for you, so many good anniversaries mixed with such a sad one... I love the photo, and wish you comfort when you're feeling down... (((hugs)))
This made me tear up a little, and I am so not that kind of person.
It is just very beautiful--probably because it is so real. If that makes sense.
