Keeping Track - September 2009 (and Blogtoberfest)

Oh my, what a month of acquisitions September was.

Best to get it all out of the way, like ripping off a bandaid!
In: 54 x 50g balls (those darn Wollmeise lace skeins are a whopping 300g each!!)
Out: A measly 7 x 50g balls (I blame an excess of sock knitting this month, and a temporary desertion of the knitting mojo. And while starting a new project every day for 7 days was heaps of fun, it doesn't use as much yarn as you might think!)

YTD: 175.5 x 50g balls. An even bigger oh dear than I've said previously...

I don't know if this is going to help my stash problem but I've decided to do Blogtoberfest this month too! Peer pressure! So many of my blog and real life buddies are doing it, I figured I may as well join the torture fun!

Wow what a lot of beautiful yarn you acquired in one month! I am so jealous. I joined in blogtoberfest too so hopefully it will get me blogging more.

All that glorious colour! And all that distraction from blogs for the month... cool. I'd do it, but it's the crazy time of year for me and I'd just blog 'help, help, help' every day!

Oh, great news for us! Every day! Yay! The pics of the yarn are beautiful! Hey, if you don't get around to knitting with it, you can use it for decorating!

Really pretty acquisitions. And October will be over and done before you know it. It sounds daunting but it's not as hard as all that. You're a creative person, you'll be spectacular.
