I'm sorry.

I'm most especially sorry that it has taken 11 years since this report was released, and a change of government, for the events of today to take place.

Yes. Absolutely. Yes.

That is nearly too heart-wrenching to read.

That's tragic. Strange how it never made the news here.

Thank goodness, as a country, we have finally elected the right people to govern. It's a good day.

As Amy said...it's almost too heart-wrenching to read. I'm not Australian, so I'm still not entirely sure what's been going on, but it sounds like the apology is far too long overdue. Thank goodness someone has stepped up to do it.

I actually heard about this some years ago. Very, very sad. But it's great that someone finally offers an apology. We're still trying to get one here in America.

As I told Bells, it's good of your government to offer an apology (even if it is a bit late in coming). Maybe someday America's will do the same.

I'm proud of your government today. I hope that this apology goes a long way in healing the hurts that both sides are feeling. Could your leader talk to ours? Please?

Just a suggestion: why don't you take the ends off your cirulars and put the caps on; then put the 4.5mm ends in the bag you will be using when you leave the house? That way, you will have the ends with you whether you grab the project you took them off or another project [which already has the ends!] Or have I missed your point?

I thought of you last night when the news reader showed the Shoe Fair currently on at The Sydney Exhibition Centre [trade only, I believe].

Its about time. Lets hope that the goodwill created by this is followed by some effective and appropriate policies.

Not being born in Australia I have learn't alot about history this week and am excited that so many positive new steps are being taken, it is amazing how so much can come out of an apology... Sorry the easiest but often the hardest of words.
